alright this is my first  time lowering a honda but y0's like 100th and i'm writing the tutorial... go figure hehe j/k anyhow its real simple and shouldn't take you much longer then a few hours (if you have the right tools)  - w

pre install a: parts / tools needed

compressor with impact gun (huge help + not pictured)
wrench, set of allen tools a 14mm 17mm maybe one more just have from 13mm to 24mm
the ever so important spring compressor (pictured in the middle) which you can rent from kragen
and of course the lowered springs.

01). start transformation from stock to lowbad.

um... take the front wheel off....

 02). front brake/strut/lower arm bolts

a). there are two brake line bolts...

b). remove upper strut bolt

03). front lower arm bolt

a). now remove the bottom of the strut bolt

b). picture of bolt removed.

04). removing the strut

a). finish up unbolting the strut (under the hood) the two outer bolts

b). slip this bad boy out (incase you are wondering, yes we just threw the strut up in the picture and it is upside down, but you get the point - take it out)

 05). removing the spring

a).here is where the spring compressor comes in handy (once you have this in hand it s pretty self explanatory, get it on then start tightening the bolt which compresses the spring)

b). after you get the spring compressed enough, unscrew the middle bolt (make sure you compress the spring enough)

06). changing the spring.

a). throw the new spring on then start tightening the middle bolt down.

b). you may need to use a wrench and an allen tool to keep it from spinning.

 07). finishing the front.

slide it back in with the new spring and go to step 2 and 3 and do them in reverse.

repeat for other side and the front is done! yay easy eh :P

08). start of the back/removing the strut.

a). remove the rear tire

b). remove the strut and lower arm bolt

 09). upper strut bolts/changing springs.

a). remove the two top strut tower bolts.

b). then refer to step 5 and 6 for spring changing procedure

 10). almost done...

a). throw that bitch back up in there, bolt the top strut tower bolts up. (step 09)

b). you will probably have to use a jack to lift the lower arm up to line it back up like we did, so do that and bolt the lower arm bolt and the strut bolt back in. put the tire back on and you are done!

 11). before and after.

a). before

b). after

 08). better picture of after.
